This circus art takes place mostly off the ground and uses drops, poses, and lifts. Because the trapeze is static, there is no swinging and the performer will use their own motion and strength to create movement. Our Static Trapeze class will teach basic skills below the bar, on the bar, on top of the bar, and conditioning.
