Aerial Conditioning it is an intense workout. It will blend elements of yoga, ground warm-ups and aerial arts with a focus on core and upper body strengthening. We use the hammock, which is a great tool to teach students how to align their bodies in many yoga postures as well as experiencing inversions without compression for the spine. Conditioning classes will help support and/or supplement your aerial journey by expanding your movement and flexibility and preparing you for aerial tricks and advanced yoga poses. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working hard to improve your coordination, strength, flexibility, body awareness and more!
