You will have fun flying using hammock, silk, trapeze, hoop (lyra), and rope (corde lisse) as you learn to integrate your breath, body, and mind for a loving, joyful experience that is both energizing and exhilarating.
You will practice:
- The meditation techniques that are necessary to develop yourself doing aerial art and movement.
- The proper core muscle development, body alignment, and the most fundamental aerial techniques while having fun.
- To perform the movements while filling your body and soul with love and laughter.
It is recommended to take this class while taking other aerial classes.
