Gentle Flying Yoga

Flying Gentle Yoga is a class to enjoy a slow pace and a stillness of mind. We focus on stretching muscles, opening joints, and breathing using a hammock suspended about a foot above the floor as a prop. Flying Gentle Yoga is not a vigorous practice, and is a great start for beginners and people who are physically challenged. All ages and levels are taught to become aware of your own body through breath control and poses, while relaxing and reducing stress.
