Flying Core Yoga

Flying Gentle Yoga is to enjoy slow pace Hatha and stillness of mind. We focus on stretching muscles, opening joints, and breathing using a hammock suspended about a foot above the floor as a prop. Flying Gentle Yoga is not a vigorous practice, and is a great start for beginners and people who are physically challenged. It is for all levels and all ages to become aware of your own body through breath and poses while reducing stress and relaxing.
